The basic structure of a timber frame shed is made of 6" by 3" vertical timbers which are then covered twice on the outside and once on the inside. This leaves a six inch cabity which is filled with the insulation material of your choice.

Of  the two outside layers, the inner one is "smartply" then covered with a breathable membrane and batoned. The outside finish of the wall could be wood, metal or block... So the finished price depends on which you choose.

The roof of the building is normaly plained joists covered from above which has a very pleasing look from the inside

The covering of the roof is again your choice, slated, metal sheeted , torch on, grass roof..
